Bulldog Blasting & Powder Coating Inc. offers various cleaning and striping services using modified baking soda under pressure of water or air and a protective wall coating service as well. Traditional media such as sand, glass, etc are also available forms of blasting media. Virtually any coating can be removed from most any surface. Our ability to remove with baking soda, environmentally safe products and benefit the community by graffiti removal are unique in these areas. In the past, the only way you could remove paint or some other unsightly material from a contaminated surface, was to either chip it off, sand blast it, and/or use harsh chemicals. Now there is Soda Blasting.
Powder coating
Powder Coating finishing services for metal parts will provide custom coating for customers who demand a finish that looks great and will last. Powder coating is a finishing process where finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electro statically charged and sprayed onto a conductive part (usually metal). The parts to be coated are grounded neutral so that the charged particles projected at them adhere to the parts and are held there until melted and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform durable, high quality finish that is resistant to chipping and scratching, and has a very high tolerance to heat.
